Bernardelli offers its Customers the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to their value. The return request should be sent via email within 72 working hours of delivery, with items that are intact and unused. To ensure a smooth process, Bernardelli may request images of the items. Once authorized, the return must be shipped using an expedited service to arrive within 14 days. After this period, the package will be returned to the Customer.
