RETURN POLICY

Bernardelli intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items.
Return shipping costs will always be borne by the Customer.
The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email help@bernardellistores.it or requesting the return via the website portal www.bernardellistores.com by accessing your section and filling out the form within 72 working hours of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
Bernardelli reserves the right to request images of the products to be returned to the Customer.
Upon receiving the return authorization from Bernardelli, the Customer is required to use fast shipping as the package must arrive at our office within 14 days, otherwise we will not accept the collection and the package will return to the Customer.
Bernardelli recognizes any customs issues that could extend the timescales and will therefore retain the validity of any customs communications to establish the validity of the return.

We remind you that shipping is at the Customer's risk and Bernardelli is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of packaging.

Return Conditions
To send one or more returns to Bernardelli, the Customer must wait for the written return authorization either by email or via the portal and only in that case is he required to respect precise conditions:
• All items on sale on the Bernardellistores.com website are delivered to the Customer with an original Brand authenticity tag and packaged with a conformity seal.
The Customer will, obviously, be able to try on the garment but without removing the Brand's original authenticity tag and without tampering with its integrity or keeping the seal of conformity unchanged as a guarantee.
The return will be accepted only if the Brand's original authenticity tag and the guarantee seal are perfectly intact, as Bernardelli is a multi-brand the Brand's original authenticity tag will vary from brand to brand but the seal present will be unique to Bernardelli and numbered sequentially.
In addition, in the case of footwear, the label placed on both the internal and external sole must be perfectly clean, intact and present in the original position. Remember the presence of the dust bag, an accessory present in some casts.

In the case of accessories such as leather goods and bags, the return will be accepted only if they comply with the above-mentioned requirements and also if all the guarantees and authenticity documents normally present in such accessories are present, such as leather samples, guarantee cards, dust bags and similar.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
In conclusion, all returns must be correctly packaged by the Customer in order to proceed with a new sale by Bernardelli, therefore returns packaged with the item's own box will be considered non-refundable because they are unsellable and therefore a refund will not be made.

• The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

• All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

• The goods to be returned must return to the Bernardelli logistics office no later than 14 working days from the return authorization, except as specified previously.

• The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the Bernardelli website.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for items with launch dates and/or Capsule collections.

• Any defects in the items must be reported promptly within 72 working hours of receiving the order at help@bernardellistores.it

• Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of these items will be refused if the transparent hygienic protection label is missing, or if the items show signs of use.

• Returns authorized by Bernardellistores.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

In the event that the aforementioned rules are not respected Bernardelli will be authorized not to proceed with the Customer's refund of the entire amount or even partial.
All returned items will be inspected by Bernardelli staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed previously.
Bernardelli reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

Credit Repayment
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), Paypal credit (if the order was paid by Paypal) or bank transfer.
The Customer can decide how to receive the refund, via cancellation of the sale itself or purchase voucher. If the method selected is the purchase voucher, you will receive a coupon code that can be used for a new order on the website www.bernardellistores.com

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Bernardelli, prompt communication via e-mail to help@bernardellistores.it is required in order to verify and remedy the error.
Bernardelli reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective and/or incorrect goods.

The Customer has 72 working hours from delivery to report, otherwise Bernardelli will be considered exempt from liability for errors.
Once the inconsistency has been verified, Bernardelli will take charge of all the costs of returning the item and the Customer can decide whether and how to receive a refund or receive the item actually ordered.
In any case, the refund will be validated only following verification and certification of the returned item, the procedure will be carried out within three working days following the physical return of the item to the office.

Returned to Store
In the case of an order with delivery method in a physical store, the customer always has 14 days to request a return, the methods remain the same, the return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer by sending an email help @bernardellistores.it or by requesting the return via the website portal www.bernardellistores.com by accessing your section and filling out the online form. Only after receiving the return authorization via email can the Customer establish the return method in addition to delivery directly to the preferred physical store belonging to the Bernardelli Group.
As for delivery by shipment, the refund will be made after checking the integrity of the item by the Bernardelli Team and following the methods requested by the Customer himself.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
