How do I create a new account?

You can create a new account by clicking on your account. A new page will open, you should then click on REGISTER NOW and fill out the form. To create an account, you shall provide the following information: name, last name, email address (which you can change at any time). You will then be asked to create a password. All the information you share with us is confidential.

 

How can I change my password?

To change your password, log into your account, then go to MY ACCOUNT and click on the designated link to change your password. 

 

What is the cost of shipping?

The method and cost of shipping vary by country. On the page SHIPMENT & FEES, you can find all relevant information and the cost of shipping by selecting the desired country from the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

 

Can I add an item to a completed order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add items to an order that has already been completed.

How can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unwanted items within 14 days upon delivery. Depending on the country, you may have the option to choose from one of the following return types: Size/Color Exchange or Refund. The Security Tag must be undamaged, intact, and attached to returned items.

If you want to return an item, go to MY ACCOUNT and either sign in to your account or type the email used to place your order along with the order number. Select the order and the items you want to return and choose the type of refund. Once the operation is completed, we will send a confirmation email with the shipping instructions.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Only orders that have not been processed can be canceled. 

To request an order cancellation, please select the order link you receive via email. If it is still possible to cancel your order, you will see the button CANCEL ORDER. For more information, contact our customer service by filling out the CONTACT US form.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been delivered to our headquarters and the items have been checked, we will process the return and you will receive a confirmation email. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be visible on your account, due to bank operations' processing time.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Available items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) upon order’s confirmation. During sales, processing times may take longer. Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are delivered to our headquarters, as indicated in the confirmation email sent after the order’s completion.

 

What's a pre-order?

It is possible to pre-order items that are scheduled to arrive in the upcoming months, such as special collabs. On the item page, you can find the delivery date indicated by the supplier to Bernardelli.
