RICK OWENS X DR. MARTENS

Not too long after the very first collab that dropped in March 2021, between the most radical and discussed designer of contemporary fashion, Rick Owens and the iconic combat-boots brand, Dr. Martens, now debuts a second iconic collaboration. The second drop features three shoes, each showcasing a unique combination of the two labels. The gladiator Gryphon sandals are a must-have for Summer 2021, for women with a strong and defined identity. The Gryphon sandals are made of smooth black leather and feature a custom Smoke Shore sole, symbol of Rick Owens’ sculptural and refined aesthetic. Appearing in both the first and latest collab, a new reinterpretation of the 1460 Bex model, slightly taller and characterised by the Owens typical star lacing formation. Finally, the third element of the collab is a brand new item; model 1461, made of the same leather as the Gryphon sandal, it features a bex smoke sole and yellow and pearl Dr. Martens double-stitched finishes.
