ISSEY MIYAKE
The visionary Japanese designer Issey Miyake founded his women’s clothing label in 1971. The Brand philosophy consist of technical experimentation, creative and in utilitarism. Miyake passion is innovative design, above all the textile one, characterised by the plissé technique. The current designer Satoshi Kondo maintain the heritage of Miyake’s innovation, melting Japanese traditional techniques with avant guarde 3D technologies for the development of new textile materials.
