Ethical and Sustainable Fashion: Be. Green

Research is the starting point of Bernardelli Company, so it could not be missing the presence of sustainable brands between the selection, through a proposal that includes not only eco-friendly brands, but also brands with precise company-policies for the respect of the environment, of people and of production processes.

FAI & Events: History of Fashion and Costume

In 2006, Bernardelli Company starts to promote culture of fashion and costume brought the organization of events, conferences and expositions. Thanks to the collaboration with FAI (Italian Environmental Found) three conferences per year are organized and give voice to an international public, the setting is always the beautiful city of Mantua, unique and irreplaceable.

Women Leadership & Soroptimist International

Bruna Casella with her husband Stefano Gozzoli, promote actions in order to support and improve the presence of women in the working world. The engagement is based on the example of Bernardelli Company, where the percentage of women employees is about 70%. A choice dictated by the will to permit professional growth into a consolidated managerial reality. Soroptimist International is an organization for dynamic women, engaged in professional and managerial activities.

Treedon: Plant a Tree

Joining the Treedom initiative, the Company contributes to the growth of a Forest in Africa with the main goal to reduce the CO2 emissions and to sustain local communities. Treedon directly finances little agro-forestry projects. The philosophy is to create sustainable ecosystems and permit to local farmers to earn the right amount in order to cover the initial planting costs of new trees, guaranteeing long-lasting self-subsistence and working opportunities.Bernardelli Company engages itself in involving its clients and employees in the contribution for the creation of “Bernardelli’s Forest”.

Investing in new Talents - Next Generation

Bernardelli is a consolidated Company with more than 70 years of history that decided to invest on new generations. Supporting young people means investing on the continuity of the Company projecting it in the future. The support on the new creatives generation expresses in the willingness to support them through expositions and events.

For THEMOIRè protecting nature is one of the most important things, the brand believes in the power of reusing materials. Even the bag’s labels are made by recycled paper and all the packaging materials are produced by using recycled materials.
